1. Service Manager - Vacancy
This is a role for a hands on manager with a balanced focus on performance and outstanding customer service delivery, requiring an impressive CV indicating at least two years in a position of comparable scale and complexity with a track record of sustained success in meeting performance targets and financial objectives. The preferred candidate will be a strong leader, team builder and motivator with excellent communication skills, together with proven skills in people and process management. Knowledge with experience in staff appraisal, disciplinary procedures, a good understanding of manufacturer requirements and expectations are also essential.
Job Description
This position is a Challenge! You will require enthusiasm, energy, drive and self motivation. We are looking for all these things and more in an individual who they see as key to the future of this service department. Significant opportunity exists to manage, develop and grow the bottom line, importantly growing customer satisfaction and loyalty in parallel. The senior management team and manufacturer will provide support along the way.
Requirements
This role is aimed at a career progressive Individual - on the way up, not on the way down. You are likely running a smallish service department (ideally for an established or specialist brand) or perhaps an assistant service manager or service reception manager. You should be looking to progress your career with this role as a stepping stone to a big After Sales Managers Job.

Salary: £45,000 OTE
The successful candidate will benefit from a company car with fuel and a very competitive salary.
2. Sales Consultant - Vacancy
A new vacancy has arisen at our Vauxhall dealership in Brentwood for a confident, experienced individual to work as a member of the sales team, dealing with sales of new and used vehicles.
This role is the main driving force for the success of the company, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, coupled with a desire and enthusiasm to exceed monthly targets.
Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity and loyalty. Assist and participate in the preparation of promotional activities, mailing campaigns, showroom display and training meetings to ensure full awareness of company activities.
Full clean driving licence is essential.
Salary: £30,000 OTE + Company car with fuel allowance
